The Honourable Keith M. Boswell

Educated at Dalhousie University (hons. B.A. ), 1979), Carleton University (M.A., 1982), and Osgoode Hall Law School (LL.B, 1983). He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1985 and to the Bar of Prince Edward Island in 1987. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2005. He practised with Stewart McKelvey in Charlottetown for more than 25 years. He was Council Member of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada (2006–2012); President of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island (2008–2009); Chairman for the Special Olympics 2004 National Winter Games (2002–2005); Director of the Canadian Lawyers Insurance Association (2002–2004); President of the Canadian Bar Association – Prince Edward Island Branch (2003–2004) and Director, Canadian Bar Insurance Association (1993–2001).

Appointed Judge of the Federal Court and ex officio member of the Federal Court of Appeal effective June 30, 2014. Appointed as a Judge of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada on May 28, 2015.
