Hearing Lists
The Court holds sittings across the country throughout the year. These sittings are open to the public unless, for special reasons, the Court directs otherwise. The language of the hearing, as shown in the hearing list, is based on the Court record.
There are four ways to observe a hearing. You will see them in the column “Method of Hearing.”
IP = in person
- Call the local Registry for the address and the room number
VC = by videoconference
- 24-hour advance notice and online registration
TC = by teleconference
- 24-hour advance notice and online registration
HY = hybrid (in person and by videoconference)

NOTICE
Federal Court Hearing (Trial) at 9:30 a.m. EDT for forty (40) days starting October 21, 2024 in the following file:

This is a hybrid hearing. There is limited seating in the courtroom and priority will be given to members of the media. Members of the public will have access to remaining space on a first-come first served basis. Everyone can observe the trial by videoconference – registration is mandatory, in accordance with the Court’s directive (p. 14).
