Calendar of Hearings

The Court holds sittings across the country throughout the year. These sittings are open to the public unless, for special reasons, the Court directs otherwise. The language of the hearing, as shown in the hearing list, is based on the Court record.

On this page, you can select a date on the calendar to produce a list of hearings that will take place on that day.

There are four way to observe a hearing. You will see them in the column “Method of Hearing.”

IP = in person

• Call the local Registry  for the address and the room number

VC = by videoconference

• 24-hour advance notice and online registration

TC = by teleconference

• 24-hour advance notice and online registration

HY = hybrid (in person and by videoconference)

• Call the local Registry  for the address and the room number
